These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Yellow Pages Uganda (yellowpages.co.ug), concerning your access to and use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

Yellow Pages Uganda provides digital marketing services, online directory listings, and related services to businesses in Uganda.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not transfer your account to another party
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yellow Pages Uganda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Payments for our services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

In no event shall Yellow Pages Uganda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
